The Potter Buchanan Show - Are you interesting?

The original title for my show was going to be a question I think we all ask ourselves "Are you interesting?". There are so many voices now on the internet and beyond could you be one to break through the noise. I knew I had interesting people who would make a great interview but I also asked this question of myself. Self-reflection or evaluating myself constantly is either my biggest strength or weakness. I haven't decided yet.

For the show I ultimately decided to self-title because if you aren't comfortable being the brand then what confidence do you have in yourself to succeed in the first place? I think I am interesting but that's for the viewers and listeners to decide. What I do promise with my show is I will bring authentic conversations with people doing awesome things in their chosen field. When I was laid off in September 2025 I didn't know what to do. I also knew many people who were in the same position as me wondering what was next. Every day logging into LinkedIn you would see more and more layoffs.

What I hope to do with this show is give people inspiration to pursue what they love to do by hearing different voices of talented people doing what they love. The show is still very young so I am hoping to innovate and bring new content ideas as we go. Either way I'm happy to have you along for the ride for however long you choose to follow me.
